Stretch Film Making Machine is a device used to produce stretch film (wrap film). Stretch film has high tensile strength, good self-adhesion and transparency. It is widely used in cargo packaging and logistics transportation, etc. It can fix the cargo and prevent it from being scattered and damaged. Stretch film making machine has the characteristics of efficient production, precise control of film thickness, width and length and other parameters, applicable to a variety of plastic raw materials (such as polyethylene), high degree of automation and stable and reliable quality.
Stretch Film Making Machine mainly has the following different types:
Working principle: After the plastic raw material is heated and melted by the extruder, it is extruded from the die to form a film, and then cooled and shaped by the cooling roller, and then stretched longitudinally and transversely by the stretching device, and finally rolled into a finished stretch film.
Advantages: fast production speed, uniform film thickness, high transparency, suitable for large-scale production.
Disadvantages: large equipment investment and high requirements for raw materials.

Working principle: After the plastic raw materials are heated and melted by the extruder, they are extruded from the annular die to form a tubular film. At the same time, the film is inflated by air and cooled to shape, and then stretched longitudinally and transversely by the stretching device, and finally rolled into a finished stretch film.
Advantages: The equipment cost is relatively low, and a wider stretch film can be produced, and the adaptability to raw materials is strong.
Disadvantages: The thickness uniformity of the film is slightly poor, and the production speed is relatively slow.
Working principle: Multiple extruders are used to extrude different plastic raw materials at the same time, and a multi-layer composite film is formed through a co-extrusion die, and then stretched by a stretching device, and finally rolled into a finished stretch film.
Advantages: Different layer structures can be designed according to different needs to improve the performance of the stretch film, such as increasing strength and improving barrier properties.
Disadvantages: The equipment structure is complex, the control is difficult, and the cost is high.
