In 2022, a factory in Tianjin, China purchased a second-hand air bubble film machine that was originally manufactured by HLGP machinery.
Since the machine was purchased through a third-party trader instead of directly from our company, the customer did not receive official technical support after the transaction. Shortly after the purchase, the machine encountered operational problems and failed to start, causing production delays and additional costs.
The customer tried to contact the original seller for assistance, but the trader was no longer available. With production affected, they searched for a solution and eventually found HLGP machinery through our official website.
Although they were not our direct customer, they contacted us hoping that our technical team could help restore the machine.
Normally, equipment manufacturers mainly provide after-sales service for machines purchased directly from them. However, this machine was manufactured by HLGP machinery, and we understood that its performance represented our brand reputation.
After receiving the customer's request, our engineering team arranged technical support for the Tianjin factory.
