7 Layers Aluminum Foil Laminated Bubble Film Machine(3 Screw Extruder)

7 layers bubble film extruder is primarily comprised of an extrudering system, a forming system, an aluminum composite film lamination rack, a winder and an electronic control system. Primarily, 2 sets of main extruders with twin screws and 1 set of secondary extruder with single screw produce 5 layer bubble films, in the meantime, composite materials such as aluminum foil, Kraft paper, and EPE foam can also be added. This machine comes with many selectable parts including in-line edge trim winder, in-line perforation unit and hydraulic screen changer.
The PLC can control and monitors the machine and temperature.

The bubble film making machine is equipped with automatic cutting,automatic winding，meter counting alarming, and cutting functions, which make it highly efficient.
